About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimising, and maintaining visually appealing and responsive web interfaces that align with our clients’ brand identities and business goals. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with an expected annual salary of approximately £60,320. As a Front-End Developer at Round Bridge, you will collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and digital strategists to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Web Interface Development:
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or ).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimise web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
User Experience (UX) Optimisation:
- Collaborate with designers and UX specialists to implement user-centric designs that enhance engagement and usability.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine interfaces and improve user experience.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across digital platforms.
