Full-Time Domiciliary Care Worker in Birmingham | Epic Care Services

Epic Care Services is recruiting a compassionate and reliable Full-Time and part time Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients across Birmingham. This role is suited to a professional carer who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within clients’ homes.

Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users. This position is female-only, which is a genuine occupational requirement due to the personal care needs and preferences of clients, in line with equality legislation.

Availability to work flexible shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm is required. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, dependable, and an effective communicator, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals to live independently and with dignity.
