A position has become available for a full-time carer to join our wonderful team. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalised care and support.
You MUST have your own transport and be available IMMEDIATELY to start.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including helping clients move around their living space or accompanying them to appointments.
- Engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, including behaviour management techniques when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with senior staff members and management.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene protocols.
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week over 6 days in order to be eligible for sponsorship licence criteria. IELTS required for visa eligibility.
