We’re looking for a sharp, confident Virtual Assistant to support one of our biggest and most demanding clients – a fast-moving, high-pressure security business. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly dynamic environment, providing essential operational support remotely.

The Role:
You’ll be working directly with one of our directors to take over the day-to-day support for this high-demand client. The role is varied, intense, and requires a proactive, unflappable individual who thrives under pressure and can work with absolute confidentiality.
You’ll also contribute to other areas of the business as needed, making this a diverse and rewarding remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for our client’s communications
- Scheduling and coordinating staff shifts, rotas, and operational cover
- Logging incidents, tracking reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Managing compliance paperwork and keeping documents up to date
- Liaising with security personnel, contractors, and management teams
- Handling urgent requests and resolving last-minute changes
- Providing regular progress updates and ensuring nothing is missed
- Supporting Infinity with general business admin when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage fast-changing priorities
- Professional, clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Calm under pressure and able to take instruction without ego
- Previous experience in a demanding PA/VA, operations, or scheduling role ideal
- UK-based with strong internet and a reliable home working setup
- A sense of humour and a thick skin – this is a client that expects results
