We are now seeking to recruit a Group Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Board EA and Leadership team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Group Board Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Support diary management, meetings, and general admin
- Assist with sales administration
- Co-ordinate induction sessions and candidate travel
- Prepare monthly/quarterly award & incentive invoices
- Arrange travel for Directors, Managers & visiting teams
- Help plan Group events, sales meetings & company celebrations
Personal Qualities:
- Professional, discreet and confident communicating with all levels
- Strong administrative background;
- IT literate; proficient in the use of Microsoft, including Word and Excel;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (internally and externally), both written and verbal;
- Very well organized, able to juggle multi deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail;
- High standards of professionalism;
- Be willing to engage and learn;
- Able to drive (advantageous but not essential).
The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The 20 hours will ideally be worked over 5 days (4 hours per day), but could be over 4 days (5 hours per day) for the right candidate.
