About the Role
As a Handyman, you will tackle a variety of projects of all sizes in both residential and commercial settings. This role involves performing general maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure properties are well-maintained and functional.
Main Duties
- You will be required to work on general duties
- Completing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps or running toilet cisterns
- General building work partitions, door locks etc
- Installing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers
- Installing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and installing window locks
- Conducting emergency audits
- Undertaking basic gardening
- You may also need to be on call to respond to emergencies out of hours – for example, if there is an emergency at a property.
