PBL Care is seeking Health Care Assistants – Drivers to join its dedicated team. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided to develop the necessary skills to deliver high-quality care.

With full-time and part-time positions available, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Tier 2 sponsorships are available for eligible candidates.

Pay Rate: £11.44 to £13:00

Tier 2 Sponsorships available only after 6 months’ probation. (This is based on job performance and is not guaranteed)

Shift Availability:

Full Time/Part Time

Morning Shift: 07:00AM to 2:30PM

Evening Shift: 2:30PM to 10:00PM

Weekends Available

Other Requirements:

• Must have a passion for care.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Must have a right to work in the UK.
• Experience is not required; we will train you to become the best care worker.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Personal Care, like showering, bathing, pad changes, toileting, personal grooming, dressing.
• Meal Preparation.
• Medication Administration.
• Light Household Tasks, like laundry, vacuuming and washing up.
• Daily Activities and Interaction with Service Users
• Documentation.
• Assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
