Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
  • Help with medication administration as per training and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
  • Support with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Drive service users to appointments or outings when required
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery

Skills
