About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health Care Assistant at Patcham Nursing Home. While exprecience would be beneficial, what matters most is a genuine commitment to providing compassionate, individualised care, helping us tailor every aspect of life at Patcham to suit our residents.

We understand that each resident has unique needs and preferences. Our dedicated team delivers high-quality residential and nursing care, including dementia care, support for complex physical conditions, palliative care and respite care.
