The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence.
We can provide a car if required but must be a driver.

Responsibilities of Care Worker will Include:
- Ensuring the highest levels of care are maintained by caring for residents.
- Washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, etc
- Assisting with food and drink as and when required according to residents individual needs.
- Administering medication.
- Shopping and Domestic tasks
- Promote rights, dignity, privacy and respect to all residents
- Working both single calls and double up calls as required.
- Transferring / Repositioning clients
- Safe and Well checks

Expectations and Qualifications of a home care assistant:
- We expect our home care assistants to have a compassionate and caring approach to their duties;
- Professional and dedicated with good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible;
- Willing to learn and grow with the company;
- Experience in domiciliary and residential care (desirable but not essential)
- Home care qualifications are desirable but not essential as professional and paid training will be provided.
