Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support the implementation and review of individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and documentation protocols
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Support clients with light household tasks or errands, including driving when necessary

- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe environment for all
Experience
- Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
