About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Health Care Assistant to provide end-to-end residential care for elderly members, covering physical, mental, and social well-being. This role requires a person who treats every member like family, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and happiness.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide physical assistance to elderly members, including mobility support and organising personalised exercise routines.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement.
- Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Administer and manage medication schedules and ensure regular medicines are taken as prescribed.
- Participate in daily life as a trusted family-like presence, taking initiative and responsibility in all situations.
