Healthcare Assistant – Domiciliary Care
We’re looking for kind, reliable, and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you’ll be helping people live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We have both full time and part time positions open , depending on the applicants availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily living tasks including personal care, dressing, mobility, meals, and medication.
- Follow individual care plans to meet each person’s needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records and report any changes in health or well-being to senior staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other care professionals.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment at all times.
- Caring for those who are elderly, have disabilities, dementia, learning difficulties etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Well integrated into British culture and customs, to support natural communication and cultural understanding with clients.
- Legal right to work in the UK (please note we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time).
- Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check.
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence is preferred (enhanced pay for drivers).
- Weekend availability is highly valued.
