About JUSTH
Justh Supported Living provides support for young people aged 16 to 21, with transitional services available for individuals up to 25 years old, depending on their specific needs. About the Role

We provide high-quality supported living accommodation and domiciliary care services for adults 65+, young adults, and children with complex care needs.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Health Care Assistant – Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes or supported living accommodation
- Assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Support clients with medication administration under supervision
- Engage clients in social activities to enhance their well-being
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health conditions
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support role for at least one year is desirable but not essential. (Preference for experience in mental health and complex care needs.)
- A caring, empathetic, and patient nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK (though sponsorship is available, it is subject to home office approval )
- A valid UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
Senior Health Care Assistant – Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of healthcare assistants in delivering person-centred care
- Assist with care planning and ensure care plans are followed
- Administer medication and carry out clinical tasks as required (subject to training and competency assessment)
- Support the training and development of junior staff
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and families regarding client needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a health and social care role with particular preference for experience in mental health and complex care needs.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) is preferred
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Right to work in the UK (desirable, though sponsorship is available, it is subject to home office approval )
- A valid UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
