About the Role
Affection Care Services are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of service users under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Main Duties
- Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and the healthcare team
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and record-keeping
- Provide care in settings such as home care environment
- Support Service users with personal care needs
- Maintain a clean and organised environment for Service users’ comfort
Qualification
- Experience in care home or home care settings is advantageous
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence with your own car
- Strong communication skills to interact with service users and colleagues effectively
- Familiarity with IT systems for recording service users’ information
