Candidates with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care are desirable but not essential, as refresher training and ongoing professional development can be arranged. Applicants must have up-to-date mandatory training, hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS, and demonstrate a reliable, caring, and professional approach to supporting clients.

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to residents and service users.- Assisting with mobility, nutrition, and daily living tasks.
- Observing and reporting changes in service users’ wellbeing.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
