Working in John Bell &Croyden Pharmacy/Retail team means representing our brand and our values. You will be required to guide, inspire, and help our customers in every way. Whether on the sales floor, till-points, or back of house in our customer experience and fulfilment team. A high quality of service means you will also have to ensure our products and store remains attractive.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as proven track record in providing impeccable customer service and generating sales.

Duties
- Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Dispensing team in taking in and handing our prescriptions as well as dealing with customer queries
- Provide health & general advice to our customers in person or over the phone.
- Maintaining store presentation standards
- Cleaning and Replenishing shelves
- Date checking stock
- Attending training sessions
- Support the retail floor, when necessary, especially during in-store events and busy periods.
Qualifications
Successful completion of an HCA (Healthcare Assistants) certificate will be desirable
The ideal candidates will have 1-year experience in a customer facing role in luxury retail, pharmacy or similar environment, with a background in healthcare.
