Rostercare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support care homes across Southampton, Portsmouth, Dorset, and surrounding areas. These opportunities are ideal for professionals seeking full-time, part-time, or temporary care work, with flexible shifts to suit different lifestyles.
This role is best suited to individuals with at least three months’ UK care home experience, ideally within elderly care, who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Successful applicants will demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in busy care environments. While holding a UK driving licence is welcomed, it is not essential, as placements are available across multiple locations.
