Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality person-centred care and support
  • Assist with daily living activities including personal care, dressing and mobility
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism or behavioural needs
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and care plans
  • Support with medication administration where trained
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams
  • Follow health and safety policies at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable
  • Compassionate, reliable and professional approach to care

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights
  • Right to Work in the UK
