Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality person-centred care and support
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, dressing and mobility
- Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism or behavioural needs
- Provide emotional support and promote independence
- Follow safeguarding procedures and care plans
- Support with medication administration where trained
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams
- Follow health and safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable
