Brightside Homecare Ltd is recruiting Home Care Assistants to support individuals within their own homes in Patrington. This role is suitable for reliable and compassionate candidates, with no previous experience required, as full training is provided.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong spoken English communication skills, basic IT proficiency, and the ability to follow care plans accurately while delivering respectful, person-centred home care support. Applicants must be able to meet local transportation requirements to carry out community-based care duties effectively.
This position is open to both male and female applicants. Visa sponsorship is not available; however, applications are welcomed from individuals who already hold a valid sponsor and are seeking up to 20 hours per week as supplementary employment.

Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm to 10pm
Sunday full day (8am to 10pm)
To be a domiciliary care worker you need to have a genuine interest in helping people to maintain their quality of life and independence regardless of the potential barriers they face.
You must be patient, kind and sympathetic to the difficulties that an individual faces.
Your role is to facilitate their independence as much as possible and encourage their wellbeing at the same time.
As a domiciliary care worker you will have to administer medication.
No experience necessary as full training is provided.
CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered.
