Position: HR Officer
Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

Main Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Design visually appealing job advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials to attract potential candidates and enhance our employer brand.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and training needs analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring that graphics and images align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
- Proficiency in graphics design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in Nigeria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Graphic design skills.
