Job description:

We are hiring compassionate and experienced Home Care & Hospice Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in Maine! In this rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in home and hospice settings, supporting patients and families through meaningful moments with compassion and clinical excellence. Requirements:

  • Candidates must have BSN or ASN is required, along with 1–2 years of recent clinical experience, preferably in Home Health, Hospice, or Med-Surg care.
  • BLS certification is mandatory, with ACLS preferred.
  • Applicants should have strong clinical assessment, care planning, and communication skills, experience with HER systems, and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate patient care in home and hospice settings, ensuring comfort and dignity.
  • Perform patient assessments, including vital signs and health history evaluations.
  • Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding.
  • Utilize HER systems for accurate documentation and communication of patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and protocols, including ACLS certification requirements.
