We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant team during our busiest trading period. You’ll support our eCommerce operations across Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, while providing first-class service across digital and phone channels.
Applicants must possess a high level of communication skills. Customer Service/Sales experience would be advantageous but not a necessity as full training will be provided. Salary dependent upon experience.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat — always with warmth, professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve queries efficiently and in line with KPIs, including exchanges and refunds
- Offer expert product advice and help customers find the right items for their needs
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities by recommending products or promotions
- Process and manage orders through Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback, aiming to resolve issues and encourage improved ratings where appropriate
- Provide general administrative support to the wider sales and operations team
- Maintain high service standards that boost customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Person Specifications
Skills/Experience Required:
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and solution-focused approach with great attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central preferred but not essential
- GCSEs (Grade 5–9 / A–C) in English and Maths
- An interest in dance, gymnastics, sports, or fashion is a bonus
