The role

Simman Solicitors, a reputed law firm specialist in immigration matters is currently recruiting an Intern – Call handler / Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp to permanent position and would suit candidates looking to secure a long term legal administrative role.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reception duties: Managing incoming and outgoing post; Handle incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining a professional approach when speaking with clients, government agencies, regulatory authorities, legal representatives etc..,
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Organise and maintain files and records to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment.

The successful candidate is able to provide references for the last 2 years, Will be available for immediate start. Our office hours are between Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 6:00pm.
