The position is suited to professionals with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, alongside proven experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role. Experience within e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for analysing business performance, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

Successful candidates will be confident in translating complex data into practical recommendations and communicating findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams is essential.

We are a fast-growing UK-based business specialising in home textiles, designing and manufacturing high-quality pillows and cushions while rapidly expanding our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform.

As our Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, growth, and data-informed decisions across both our online sales channels and in-house production operations. This is a high-skilled position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in digital/retail or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business performance data, including e-commerce sales metrics, customer behaviour, inventory levels, production output, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in online processes (e.g., website conversion rates, digital marketing ROI, pricing strategies) and manufacturing workflows (e.g., production planning, cost optimisation, quality control).
  • Conduct gap analyses, map current processes, and recommend scalable solutions to support our expansion.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, production, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and track progress against growth targets.
  • Support the integration of new systems/tools for better data visibility across manufacturing and online sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role (ideally in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and/or manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK; we are a licensed sponsor and may support Skilled Worker visa for exceptional candidates.
