Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients with mental health issues, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, and medication management
- Facilitate and encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
- Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and the care team
- Build trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to mental health support and safeguarding
- Promote client independence and empowerment through skill development and advocacy.
