Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents during night shifts
  • Promote sleep and overall wellbeing
  • Monitor and support residents living with advanced dementia, including those who may present with behaviours that challenge
  • Maintain accurate and professional documentation
  • Work effectively as part of a team while using your initiative

Role Requirements

  • Compassion, patience, and genuine care for older adults
  • Ability to work nights, including weekends and bank holidays as per rota

If successful at interview, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
