Meadowcroft Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join its dedicated care team in Wolverhampton. This opportunity includes a part-time night role of two shifts per week (20 hours), with a scheduled start in March, as well as bank positions available for both day and night shifts for individuals seeking additional flexible hours without a fixed weekly commitment.

Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred. An NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, though not essential for candidates who demonstrate the right values and commitment. Positions Available:

We have a night carer position which is for 2 shifts per week i.e. 20 hours to start in March. Our shift times are 10.00pm to 8.00am.

We also have a bank position available (days and/or nights) for anyone who is looking to pick up additional hours without being tied into a weekly contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to residents.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and grooming.
  • Respond promptly to residents’ calls for assistance.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:
