We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to individuals in care homes and home care settings. Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with domestic chores to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Record and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour to senior staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
  • Valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds
