Hours: 22-44 hours per week (12-hour day shifts on a 7-day rota)

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality care in line with best practice, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful and compassionate way
- Promoting dignity, privacy, and independence at all times
- Assisting with daily tasks and meeting individual needs
- Keeping clear and accurate care records
- Following health & safety guidelines and care standards
- Attending training and team meetings to continuously develop your skills
Training & Development

Pay Details:
- National Minimum Wage up to £13.00 per hour (depending on age and Day/Night rate)
