Your Role as a Carer
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily lives. This includes:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting residents at mealtimes and with mobility
- Providing companionship, emotional support and a listening ear
- Helping to maintain accurate care records
- Supporting residents to stay active, engaged and as independent as possible
- Being a valued member of a friendly and supportive team
