We’re looking for a Night Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly staff team , working 7 nights on and 7 nights off. We have some flexibility on shift pattern.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

If you can demonstrate you are passionate about care and always put the residents first, then you could be exactly what they’re looking for.

The Role:

As the Night Carer you’ll report to the Home Manager and will be primarily responsible for enabling our elderly residents to have the best quality of life possible by meeting their needs.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Preparing residents for bed and getting them up in the morning
  • Checking residents through the night to ensure their safety and dignity
  • Answering emergency bells / call bells
  • General care duties / paperwork as needed

Responsibilities of our Bank Care Assistant include:

The standard working hours for this position are 9pm to 8am.
