We are looking for a Part-Time Project & Office Support Assistant to work closely with senior management on a range of defined projects, while also providing general office and team support when required. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting senior management with specific projects and ongoing initiatives
- Assisting with planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation of projects
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Liaising with colleagues across departments to support project delivery
- Developing a working understanding of other office roles to provide cover when needed
- Managing emails, phone calls, and diary scheduling
- Maintaining accurate digital and paper filing systems
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support business operations
