We are looking for a Part-Time Project & Office Support Assistant to work closely with senior management on a range of defined projects, while also providing general office and team support when required. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time hours in a varied and engaging position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior management with specific projects and ongoing initiatives
  • Assisting with planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation of projects
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Liaising with colleagues across departments to support project delivery
  • Developing a working understanding of other office roles to provide cover when needed
  • Managing emails, phone calls, and diary scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate digital and paper filing systems
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support business operations
