Salary: £22,527 to £25,000 a year

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth daily operations of our company. In this key role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication with clients and internal teams.
Main Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Manage outbound and inbound client communications, including calls and emails.
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up on quotes, and manage invoice tracking.
- Coordinate with clients, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
- Utilise Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete reporting, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the Director of Operations and Executive Director with additional tasks as needed.
Reporting Structure:
- This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and the Executive Director.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outlooks and emails
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be detail oriented and able to accurately complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in high pressure environment with many competing demands on their time.
