Position: Office Administrator

Salary: £22,527 to £25,000 a year

Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth daily operations of our company. In this key role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication with clients and internal teams.

Main Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Manage outbound and inbound client communications, including calls and emails.
  • Prepare and send quotations, follow up on quotes, and manage invoice tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
  • Utilise Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete reporting, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support the Director of Operations and Executive Director with additional tasks as needed.

Reporting Structure:

  • This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and the Executive Director.  

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outlooks and emails
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to accurately complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in high pressure environment with many competing demands on their time.
