ABOUT US:
Dunford Penrose Surveyors was established in 2020. Our surveyors carry out Level 3 Home Surveys, Level 2 Home Surveys and New Home Snagging Surveys.
We are looking for personable individuals to join our friendly admin team on a full time basis, in a varied role
This role will be a work from home position, with 1-2 days a week training at the beginning, working from our Head of Operations office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be carrying out the following duties:
- Strong, up to date and excellent IT skills are required (minimum Word/Excel/Dropbox/Gmail)
- Answering lead generation emails promptly by phone and email
- Liaising with estate agents and vendors to arrange surveys
- Updating the calendar with surveys as and when required
- Chasing up relevant surveyors to ensure their reports are ready to send out
- Assisting with new processes for all new surveyors
- Providing holiday cover for other administrative/sales staff
- Updating spreadsheets and as required
- Strong and accurate data inputting skills
YOU SHOULD:
- Be dynamic and self motivated

- Have great attention to details and organisation skills
Hours of work:
- Generally 9-5:30pm with flexibility when covering holidays
