We are a supported housing provider delivering high-quality exempt accommodation for vulnerable adults across North London. Our mission is to provide safe, stable homes and person-centred support that helps residents move towards independence. We are now seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team in Enfield.
Role Overview
The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our housing and support service. You will provide essential administrative support to the management team, housing officers, and support staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accurate documentation across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate resident records, tenancy documentation, and compliance files.
- Support the referral and onboarding process for new residents, including checks and paperwork.
- Respond to enquiries from residents, partner agencies, and local authorities.
- Assist with scheduling property inspections, support meetings, and compliance checks.
- Monitor and record repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor visits.
- Produce letters, reports, and updates as required by management.
- Maintain data systems, case management software, and audit logs.
- Support finance administration, including rent records and housing benefit documentation.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled in line with GDPR and safeguarding procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administrative experience (housing, social care, or supported accommodation desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional boundaries.
- Knowledge of exempt accommodation or supported housing (advantageous but not essential).
