About the Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our clients team remotely working from home, ideally located the Greater Manchester/surrounding area!

Our client is a small reputable plumbing and heating company looking to expand their team with the appointment of an administrator.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be required to be the first point of contact for all customer enquires, this may be via the phone or answering emails.

On top of this you’ll be assisting with work allocation to the engineers, sending on quotes once a quote has been generated by the relevant team and updating the relevant spreadsheets / databases with new work and completed works.

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home full time. All the required tech like a laptop and mobile phone will be supplied by the company.

The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 3 years experience in a admin/customer service based role.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM.

However, these hours can be made flexible to fit around childcare / school pick ups and drop offs.

This role is fully remote, working from home.
