While most of the team works remotely, we meet occasionally in Notting Hill for team catch-ups and client meetings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a varied and hands-on role – no two days are the same! Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and logging incoming job requests
- Allocating work to the right tradespeople
- Liaising with clients and team members
- Negotiating prices and arranging jobs efficiently
- Ensuring everything runs smoothly from job start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident negotiating and dealing with both clients and workers
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
