Office Support —Remote

Position: Office Support

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 a year

About the role:

FULLY REMOTE (1 DAY A WEEK IN LIVERPOOL STREET OFFICE)

Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Help coordinate events, campaigns, and social media activity.
  • Help manage social media scheduling and engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Projects and processing support.

  • Process orders efficiently
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met Bids Team Support
  • Assist in compiling tender documents and proposals.
  • Coordinate information gathering across departments.
  • Ensure deadlines are tracked and submissions are formatted and filed correctly.

General Office Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support as required across all teams.
  • Be a point of contact for team queries and internal coordination.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and get stuck in across different departments.
  • Previous experience in a support or coordination role (ideally in a tech/IT environment, but not essential
