Who we are – our business

Automatic enrolment means employees get a new pension every time they switch jobs. However, people have as many as 11 jobs throughout their career, leading to a number of dormant pensions. This fragmentation of pots leads to a lack of oversight, valuable pots being left behind, and ultimately, an inability to manage one’s retirement savings effectively.

Raindrop is setting out to solve this problem and reunite savers with their lost pensions. They help large pension providers grow their assets and customer base whilst providing their end users with an end-to-end pension finding service. Ultimately, this allows their end users to better prepare for retirement by bringing all of their fragmented pots together into one, easy-to-use, digital pension.

Customers currently include large D2C (direct to consumer) platforms, life insurance companies and financial advisors. The founding team has deep experience in finance (Natwest, Klarna, Morgan Stanley, Barclays), making them uniquely placed to execute on the opportunity ahead of them.
