About the Role
The role – Operations Assistant
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Operations team. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile payments
- Identify and document reasons for unreconciled payments
- Suggest process improvements for greater efficiency
- Assist with investigating and resolving issues
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- General administrative support as required (e.g. data entry tasks relating to onboarding and customer accounts)
About you
You will likely have the following attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to process financial data quickly and accurately
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability
- Collaborative mindset
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative or reconciliation role
