Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience + up to £10,000 Golden Hello

About the Role

Specsavers, in the seaside town of Rhyl, are looking for a new Optometrist. On the back of substantial and on-going growth, we’re seeking a forward-thinking Optometrist to join our dynamic team at Specsavers in Rhyl.   • Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, they are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos.
  • Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team.
  • In summary, they’re looking for a skilled resident Optometrist to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.


  • An annual salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience and pre-reg supervision required
  • Up to £10,000 joining bonus paid after successful completion of probation (terms apply)
  • Full or part-time working patterns available for excellent work / life balance
  • 5pm finish. No late nights
  • No Sunday working
  • Tier 2 sponsorship available for candidates who are fully registered as an Optometrist on the GOC
  • Holiday allowance of 33 days per year, including bank holidays
