Main Duties
- Engage Customers: Make outbound calls to customers, offering assistance and negotiating payments.
- Provide Exceptional Support: Offer accurate, timely help or connect customers with the right team.
- Explain Regulations: Help customers understand relevant rules and escalation procedures.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Log essential customer details and ensure thorough communication.
- Achieve Quality Standards: Maintain high standards as set by clients and management.
- Protect Customer Data: Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
