Autism at Kingwood is looking for kind, down-to-earth, and friendly Outreach Support Workers (Mobile) to join its dedicated team in the Oxfordshire area. Candidates must hold a British driver’s licence for a manual car, as this role involves travelling to support people in their own homes and local areas. Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who meet the criteria.

Specializing in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours, Autism at Kingwood empowers autistic adults to live fulfilling lives and achieve the level of independence they desire.

About the Role

Experience supporting people with Autism is not necessary but desirable as a fully funded training programme is provided.
