About the Role
Are you looking for an all round remote part time accounts and admin role (20 -25 hours a week)? Then we have just the opportunity for you. Candidates from East Anglia and the Midlands will be preferred.
Your role will encompass:
- All aspects of purchase ledger including posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements, dealing with queries and assisting with payments
- All aspects of sales ledger including invoicing, producing statements and a little credit control
- Daily bank reconciliations on one account
- Having the ability to look at balances on the ledgers and see whether they are correct or whether there is a problem and looking into that if there is
- Posting journals
- Compiling payroll data to send to the external accountants
- You will be working with Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of these systems will be preferred
- Ideally, you will also have knowledge of debits and credits
- Good Excel skills
- Administration support with HR, recruitment and IT issues
- You must be happy working remotely and be a self starter, able to work accurately and successfully without constant supervision.
