Job description:
Need to be good with Data Entry; creating the sales ledger upload spreadsheet for upload to FileMaker CRM. Refining mailing list entries and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail essential.
REQUIRED
- Local if possible (handy for resolving issues).
- Need to be self-motivated with an eye for detail.
- Excel Experience, not advanced (VLOOKUP’s, macros, VBA etc) but proficient in basics (sums, SUMIFs, data ranges etc).
- Own Computer (preferably PC), used to using Google apps.
- Crucial that you are used to dealing with volume – this will vary dramatically depending on time of year.
- Good communication – you will need to ask questions and provide feedback to line manager
ADVANTAGEOUS
CRM Experience although File Maker Training will be given.
