Signscape and Signconex Limited are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join their team in Bristol. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week and is perfect for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, and have a keen eye for detail to assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyse client requirements effectively.

Main Duties

Working alongside the Sales Estimator Team these include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to emails and incoming telephone calls in a timely, professional and positive manner
  • Following up enquiries and quotations with the view to convert these into orders
  • Processing sales orders with high accuracy in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the Production Department to ensure that lead times can be met
  • Keeping customers updated and informed
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Managing filing and record keeping
  • Despatching orders to couriers and processing off the system
  • Providing customers with quotations and price information in a timely manner, with guidance from sales estimator team
  • Adhering to administrative systems and processes and always complying with company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring consistency across Signscape and Signconex ranges where practical

  • You must be flexible, enthusiastic, well organised, able to work on your own initiative, a great team player.
  • There may be the opportunity to progress to sales estimator for the right candidate.
