Position: Administrative Assistant
Salary: £15 an hour

About the Role
We are on the look out for a Admin assistant to support with adminstration duties from the hours of 10am – 2pm. This is a work from home oppourtunity.

With over 12 years experience and an innovative approach to sports coaching we have been able to sustain a motivated team delivering outstanding coaching sessions, working with over 35,000 children in over 150 schools per week.
Due to continued growth and success we are now recruiting for experienced Admin Assistant to join the team.
The positions would suit an experienced administrator or an individual who is looking to extend their experience.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
