Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely, working 15 hours per week from home. Within this role you will primarily booking aspects to our events alongside the directors of the business and a head of operations.
Hours
Monday to Friday
9am – 12pm
Responsibilities
- Contacting venue partners daily via email and phone to secure venue hire for our customers
- Coordinate with Head of Operations regarding any special requirements
- Ensure correct documentation is provided to all venue partners
- Update the company Google Sheet calender when venue bookings are made
- Prompt on time logging of hours
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Gmail
- Experience in an office like environment meeting deadlines preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- University Education preferred but not essential
