About the Role

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Part-time Administrator to join our team in Bolton BL5 1EE.

This is a varied role requiring previous administration or data entry experience and strong IT skills, such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Administrator:

  • Have a sound grasp of working in administration and able to answer basic queries, use own initiative and seek advice from line management on areas outside of your remit. 
  • Ability to use Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint at a basic level.  
  • Accurate data input and management.
  • Filing and communication (orally and written).
  • Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day administration of contract.
  • Supporting the team front of house when required.

Requirements

You will be set up for success if you have:

  • Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
  • Are able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
  • Previous experience of working in a admin office environment desirable. 
  • Must be skilled in the use of Office 365.
